Your weekly box is a chef's selection, we rotate based on freshness. You can let us know about any allergies or dietary needs and we'll make sure they're accommodated.

How long do the soups keep?
All soups are freshly made with no preservatives. Please refer to the expiry date printed at the back of your pouch. The soup and broth have a shelf life for 45 days from day or production.

When will my order be delivered?
We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. You'll receive a delivery confirmation with your picked slot after placing your first order. 10-soup subscribers get a priority slot. We need 3 days's window for production.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, no lock-in, no penalty. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel at any time directly from your account page.
